Welcome to the Heart of India - Madhya Pradesh! ‘Joining Leaving Tour’ Guests will meet at the Bhopal Airport/Indore Airport as per guidelines given. Upon arrival, meet our tour manager at the designated meeting point and together proceed to Ujjain for sightseeing. Ujjain is an ancient city and an important Hindu pilgrimage destination in India. Upon arrival, we enjoy a lovely tour of the holy city which includes visit to the Kaal Bhairav Temple, Mahakaleshwar Temple, Sandipani Ashram, Bada Ganesh and Harsiddhi Mata Temple. Later we proceed to Indore for an overnight stay.
Today we proceed to Omkareshwar - one of the 12 sacred Jyotirlingas dedicated to Lord Shiva in India, situated on an island said to be in the shape of the Hindu symbol of Om. We also visit the town of Maheshwara to explore the exquisite riverside temples and enjoy some time for shopping.
Today we head to Mandu - a fortress town well known for its architecture. Upon arrival, we visit Baz Bahadur’s Palace, Jahaz Mahal, Jami Masjid and Rani Roopmati Pavilion. In the evening, enjoy Sarafa Bazaar, Khau Galli night tour.
Today we have free time for shopping at Chappan Dukan. Later we proceed to explore Lal Baag Palace - a lavish 19th century palace of the Holkar dynasty, followed by a visit to Vaishno Dhaam Mandir. Later we proceed to Bhopal. Upon arrival at Bhopal we visit Birla temple.
Today we proceed to Bhojpur - a town of historical and religious importance. Here we visit Bhojeshwar Temple. Later we visit Bhimbetka caves - home to some of the oldest cave paintings known to man. Enroute we visit Sanchi - an UNESCO world heritage site and home to the world famous Buddhist monument- Sanchi Stupa. Upon arrival, we visit the Stupas, monasteries, temples, pillars adorned with intricate carvings and sculptures. In the evening we enjoy boating at Bada Talab.
